Royal Mail Tracked 48: Smaller items are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with a typical delivery time of 2-3 working days.

Next Day DPD or UPS: For larger items, we use DPD or UPS for next-day delivery to ensure they arrive quickly and safely.
Delivery Timeframes

UK Orders: If your Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 parcel has not arrived within 14 days, please contact us so we can arrange a resend.

International Orders: For worldwide shipping, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Missing Parcels
If you haven’t received your order within the timeframes above, reach out to our customer support team. We can process a resend, or if preferred, offer a refund or store credit after 28 days from the original order date.
